Fredrick Ray is a partner of Ray & Weinstein, P.C. Mr. Ray attended the University of Illinois for undergraduate studies and completed his law degree at Southwestern University. Mr. Ray is a member of the Collin County Bar Assocation. Mr. Ray is licensed to practice law in Texas and California.
